I’m passionate about helping you reclaim your health!
I admit that in High School I was a science geek - my most favorite subject was Physics. I’ve always loved logic and intellectual pursuits and loved to know how things worked (I ended up with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and later worked as IT system analyst for a number of years).
When I was a teenager, I went to a local movie theater to see a documentary about some unexplainable phenomena. This movie had a segment about old yoga masters who could do amazing things with their bodies, such as slow down their heart and respiratory rate to such degree, that they could survive for hours in a tiny container without fresh air. That documentary made a long-lasting impression on me and put me on the pursuit of nonstop learning about the intricate connections between our physical bodies, and the emotional, spiritual, and the energetic planes of our existence.
Mind you, I’ve always been a skeptical person and initially didn’t believe that you could affect a ‘physical object’, aka the human body, via working with energy. Studying many disciplines and modalities, such as Yoga, meditation, Reiki, Qigong, Eden Energy Medicine, Color light therapy, etc. made me feel as if I'd been living in two different worlds. As time was going by, I realized that in reality the veil separating these worlds is very thin. After all, I knew from my beloved Physics that all that exists is the energy.
Plus, from the scientific point of view, a lot of things made perfect sense to me – that the human body consists of trillions of cells, and each cell, in fact, acts a miniature battery; that the human body is undergoing hundreds of thousands of chemical reactions per second, and each chemical reaction does have an energetic component; that even Quantum physics says that the particles can take the form of waves of energy.
But the main thing, that convinced me, was my actual experience. I was blown away by the changes, that I felt in my body, the very first time I received energy work. And as I watch now how much it helps my clients, the overwhelmingly positive results of working with energy continues to amaze me.
I’m deeply grateful to all my teachers, and I feel very fortunate that my passion and lifelong learning enabled me to offer my healing work to others. I’m thrilled when my clients tell me that they feel better than they have felt in 20 years, or that the first time in 3 years they jumped out of bed in the morning, or that they finally were able to spend the whole week with their grandkids without being in pain. Stories like this make me feel happy and grateful to be able to make such a difference in people's lives.
I want to help you live your life with vigor, confidence, and ease of feeling good in your body!

‘I am a cancer survivor and had a vital organ removed which managed my metabolism, energy and mood. I was seeking an intervention to effectively manage these 3 elements. That is where Alla, my Energy Medicine Practitioner, came in. It has been 2 years since I began and have a very positive experience. Alla has been instrumental in supporting balance in my health and lifestyle - I highly recommend!’

‘For the first time in a couple of months, I actually jumped out of bed when my alarm went off this morning. That is the way I have always been my whole life except for the last few months. My physical discomfort around the chest is almost gone and I feel like a new person! I am so thankful. I guess I was feeling very limited without knowing why. … I guess I felt out of sorts since my stepmother passed.’
